uneasy feet

along the Wygant Trail there was several viewpoints looking out into the Columbia River Gorge. This one was out on a precarious little perch on the edge of a huge cliff. I'm standing out on the edge surrounded by wildflowers then wide open spaces with the massive Columbia River far below. Jess was nervous about the very narrow, crumbling trail along the very steep dropoff and would go no further. I am careful but I don't have a fear of heights.
