a new bar, the Chesterfield Club, opened on SE 11th & Burnside. Tabla is doing the food there (delish says the Mercury...it was all quite tasty) so we now the guy running the kitchen (chef from Tabla) and one of the cocktail waitresses. It's good to the chef who sent us out many plates of tasty snacks...little pork ribs over polenta squares, duck confit with greens, mini foccacia sandwiches with sweet onions, little caesar salads and shitake mushroom pate. yummmm
