bahahaaaa these horses always crack me up. The Portland Horse Project was started by a local artist who started attaching plastic horses to the old horse rings still found on many Portland curbs.

This horse is on SE 36th Ave just off Hawthorne in front of the Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. I love my quirky city.
