Jay deep fried a turkey (19 lbs) in addition to the 22 lb one Elaine and Gina roasted so we had 2 turkeys for dinner. Good thing since there were 22 people at dinner and there must be leftovers!

the skin on this turkey would melt in your mouth...salty goodness! mmmmmm
